Isaac Stern @100 Master Classes

August 2 - August 10

Mission

I received inspiring instruction from Itzhak Perlman and Pinchas Zukerman when I was a student. My most influential mentor, however, was Isaac Stern. I played for him and eventually, I played alongside him in many chamber music concerts and recordings. I want to celebrate the 100th birthday of this master by providing the same kind of opportunities to young violinists as he would have wanted. It is my pleasure to announce the Stern@100 Violin Master Classes. It is a series of lessons and public master classes. It is open to anyone wishing to study violin seriously. We have a faculty of the finest and most sought-after violinists and teachers in Taiwan and from around the world. You will surely find inspiration in this rare opportunity to study with these world-class musicians. I welcome you to apply and to participate.
