TMAF's former Artistic Director, Cho-Liang Lin, will not be participating in all activities for TMAF 2023. We are delighted and grateful that Joel Smirnoff has agreed to step in as our new violin faculty. Smirnoff has performed on four continents over 23 years as a member of the Juilliard String Quartet. As a music educator, he has been on the chamber music faculty of The Juilliard School since 1986 and on the violin faculty since 1989, serving as Chair from 1992 until 2008.
