Tuition

  • Tuition: USD$2,000 (Approx. NTD$60,000)
  • Campus lodging and food: USD$500 (Approx. NTD$15,000)
  • Total: USD$2,500 (Approx. NTD$75,000)

Scholarship

  • TMAF offers numerous merit-based and need-based scholarships.
  • Grants for travel and lodging are available.
  • All applicants are considered for merit-based scholarships.
  • Need-based scholarship requires filling out a simple new form when admission is offered.

Lodging and food

  • Dormitory accommodation (Double Occupancy) is available on TNUA campus. A single room can be requested but the extra cost will be the responsibility of the participant. Tuition does not include lodging cost.
  • Campus lodging is not a requirement. However, we strongly recommend staying on campus to experience the various activities offered by TMAF.
  • Lodging cost includes daily breakfast and lunch. TMAF will cover meals on concert nights and during concert tours.

Travel

  • TMAF will provide transportation and lodging during the concert tour.

Age Limit

  • Age requirement: 15-28 as of August 1, 2021
  • Applicants under 18 years old are required to submit an agreement letter from their parents or legal guardians. (download parental consent form here)

Video Recording Guidelines

  1. Video recordings must contain all audition repertoire in the order listed below.
  2. Each work should be submitted in a separate media file. Any indication that there has been editing will render the application void.
  3. Live concert video recording within the past 12 months is permissible in the solo repertoire category.
  • We strongly recommend viewing the recording before submitting.
